Violation of the house rules will lead to a warning first. Further misconduct will lead to termination of the membership and banishment from future Amsterdam Airlines activities and events.
Participation in Amsterdam Airlines Take-Down Classes involves physical activities and inherent risks. Participants accept full responsibility for any injuries incurred during the classes.
In the event of class cancellations, reservations will be voided, allowing participants to reschedule for a different class. Please check the bookings website for real-time updates on class availability.
Amsterdam Airlines is not responsible for any loss or damage to participants’ personal belongings.
Amsterdam Airlines reserves the right to modify the class schedule without prior notice, with no refunds, as long as a minimum of two classes per week is maintained. Location changes are included in this right.
It may occur that classes get cancelled when no substitute teacher can be found. The class will be refunded if bought as a single class or as part of a 10-class pass. No discount or refunds will be given on memberships.
During holidays, there may be a modified schedule with fewer classes available.
Participants are responsible for attending scheduled classes. Missed classes will not be refunded.
Memberships and class credits are strictly non-transferable and personal.
No refunds will be issued for any payments made, even in cases of relocation. Participants should consider this when choosing their subscription.
Subscriptions are continuous, automatically renewing each month. You can cancel your membership by emailing joris@amsairlines.com or messaging +31 6 11 86 69 57 via WhatsApp or text.
Amsterdam Airlines occasionally takes photos or videos for promotional purposes. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, participants consent to the use of their image. Those who disagree can message us to opt out of photography.
Refunds for events are available up to 24 hours before the event. Please notify us via email for a refund request.
This document pertains to the use of Amsterdam Airlines facilities. Acknowledge that participation in takedown classes, strength and conditioning training, and contact sports carries inherent risks of accidents and injuries.
By accepting these terms, you release all involved parties — including instructors, managers, owners, vendors, fellow students, and venue — from any liability, claims, or demands arising from injuries, disabilities, deaths, or damages resulting from your involvement in martial arts and fitness at Amsterdam Airlines, even if caused by their negligence.
You understand and accept that martial arts and fitness activities entail risks that cannot be entirely eliminated, and you voluntarily assume all risks, agreeing not to sue the released parties for damages or losses stemming from your participation.
You further release the released parties from all claims and costs, including legal fees, related to any claims resulting from your involvement.
You commit to using materials responsibly and safely, avoiding harm to individuals or property.
You confirm that you have read, understood, and acknowledge the waiver of liability, waiver of legal rights, and assumption of risk. This document remains in effect indefinitely during your participation in martial arts and fitness at Amsterdam Airlines.
You certify that you are at least 18 years old, or as a parent or guardian, you waive all legal rights pertaining to any injuries your minor child may incur while participating in Amsterdam Airlines Take-Down Classes.
